The registration system will close on 1 May 2023. All presenters must be registered by this date in order to finalize the conference program on time.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation before 31 May, we will refund 50% of the conference fee. After 1 June, we will be unable to refund your fee.

It is possible to offer conference fee waivers and travel grants to low-income participants and postgraduate students. The application forms and criteria are available on our conference website. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the MSA Ethics Committee. The submission deadline for travel grant applications is 10 March 2023.

Please note that in order to keep the conference fees as low as possible and to reduce our environmental impact (especially given the large amounts of food waste generated at the last in-person conference), we will not be offering lunch. There will, however, be a range of lunch options available to purchase both on- and off-site.
