Comparative Heritage Studies (COHES) MA programme at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow

We are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the new EU-funded Comparative Heritage Studies (COHES) MA programme at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. The English-taught interdisciplinary programme links cultural heritage in literature, art, theatre, architecture, urban space, and sites of memory, particularly those found in Krakow and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list.  COHES focuses on the multi-ethnic, multinational, multilingual nature of heritage, approaching it from three angles: Digital Heritage, Visual Heritage, and Comparative and Translated Heritage. In 2018/19 we offer full tuition scholarship, and a monthly stipend to cover living expenses for 8 successful candidates of non-Polish citizenship. Deadline for applications June 20th2018.
